HT 635.23A - A professional hood type dishwasher featuring 63x63 baskets and the performance of a utensil washer, delivering outstanding efficiency and remarkable versatility. It can wash glasses, plates, pizza plates, Euronorm trays, and items up to 50 cm in height.
This model is ideal for integration into linear or corner washing systems, paired with inlet tables, pre-wash tables, and outlet tables. The HT 635.23A version is designed with a double-walled tank and hood, ensuring superior sound insulation and greater thermal efficiency. It features a pressure booster pump, an atmospheric tank to guarantee rinsing at constant temperature and pressure, a microswitch to stop operation if the hood is opened, an electric rinse aid dispenser, a suction filter, and stainless steel tank filters.
Additionally, it offers the option of a timed rinse at the end of the cycle, using network water temperature. It features a stamped 32-liter tank with a self-draining pump, and the tank water is heated indirectly (heating element outside the tank), ensuring high thermal efficiency. The cycle can also start automatically when the hood is lowered.
The displays provide real-time information, showing the boiler and tank temperatures, and during operation, a countdown in minutes and seconds for the ongoing washing cycle.
