MST140DX - The rack conveyor dishwasher combines compact dimensions with high washing capacity.
Built with a double-wall structure entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, the washing and rinsing chamber is designed to prevent water stagnation. The tank features rounded edges for easy cleaning, while the counterbalanced, full-width guillotine door with double-wall construction includes a safety microswitch and locking system. Stainless steel tank filters are easily removable, and the tank can be drained effortlessly using a front-mounted lever. The direction of basket advancement is easily reversible with minimal adjustment. The stainless steel washing and rinsing arms can be quickly removed for cleaning, and the machine is equipped with a conveyor safety system.
The controls are simplified, with a single switch operating all functions. Users can choose between two washing speeds, and tank and boiler temperatures are displayed on digital thermostats. The built-in auto-timer automatically stops washing and rinsing functions when no baskets are detected, ensuring efficient use of resources. Electrical components and the washing pump are conveniently accessible from the front, while the boiler is insulated and crafted from AISI 304L stainless steel.
The MST140DX can be further enhanced with optional features, including a drying zone, service tables, a steam extraction hood, and a heat pump, offering versatility and efficiency tailored to your needs.
