UT 855.13A – The UT 855.13A utensil washer is ideal for users willing to maximize their washing capacity. Perfect for cleaning bakery, gelato, pastry, deli, and butcher tools, it can be seamlessly integrated into any industrial washing system.
This high-performance washer is built for reliability and durability. It features a simple and intuitive TOUCH control panel with 5 preset washing cycles, which can be customized by the installer to meet specific cleaning and hygiene needs. The TOUCH system also includes digital thermometers and adjustable temperature thermostats. The unit has four-arm bayonet-mounted washing arms, rinsing arms, pipes, boilers, filters, and more, all made from high-quality 304 18/10 stainless steel.
The washer includes a thermally insulated lower tank for better heat retention, with rounded corners for easier cleaning. It operates automatically with a microswitch that stops the machine if the door is opened. Additional features include an electric detergent dispenser, armored electric heating elements with thermostat protection in both the boiler and tank, a ball valve for tank drainage, and an atmospheric system with a pressure booster pump to ensure consistent rinsing at the right temperature and pressure.
