UT 9130.13A – The UT 9130.13A utensil washer is designed for users who need to maximize their washing capacity. Ideal for cleaning tools in bakeries, gelato shops, pastry kitchens, delis, and butcheries, it integrates seamlessly into any industrial washing system.
This high-performance utensil washer is reliable and durable. It features a simple, intuitive TOUCH control panel with five preset washing cycles, which can be customized by the installer to meet specific cleaning and hygiene needs.
The system also includes digital thermometers and adjustable temperature thermostats, all easily controlled through the panel.
This model ensures outstanding durability and has four washing arms with bayonet mount, rinsing arms, pipes, boilers, filters, and more, all made from high-quality 304 18/10 stainless steel.
It has a thermally insulated lower tank for improved heat retention and rounded corners for easier cleaning.
The machine operates fully automatically with a microswitch that halts the machine if the door is opened. Additional features include an electric detergent dispenser, armored electric heating elements with thermostat protection for both the boiler and the tank, a ball valve for draining the tank, and an atmospheric system with a pressure booster pump to ensure consistent rinsing at the right temperature and pressure. The pressure booster pump in this model is made of stainless steel for long-lasting performance.
